Draft Day is here.

I love the draft.

You love the draft.

Everyone loves the god damn draft which is why you’re here.

Tonight’s draft has a special twist to it since no one has any freaking idea as to what’s going to happen. I’m excited as hell for it and you should be to. If you aren’t, then go ahead and read this mock draft so you’re officially 100% ALL-IN for tonight’s festivities.

1. Cleveland Browns – Sam Darnold (QB), USC

Everyone has their jokes right now. “It’s the Browns and they are going to fuck this pick up somehow.” All the rumors heading into the draft have been pretty fun as well. If you listen to those rumors, it seems that no one in Cleveland has any idea what the Browns are going to do with this pick. They will take a quarterback, but which one will they take? They’re going to take Sam Darnold guys. You can stop with the Baker Mayfield rumors, that’s not happening and those kind of things get thrown out every year. Darnold is the best QB prospect in the draft and new Browns GM John Dorsey is going to nail this pick. Do the right thing John.

Other Potential Picks:

-Josh Allen (QB)

-Baker Mayfield (QB)

-Saquon Barkley (RB)

2. New York Giants – Bradley Chubb (DE), Georgia

While it’s my belief that the Giants should take a quarterback, I feel they will address a bigger need this early in the draft and target a potential QB later on. The Giants are in desparate need of an edge rusher after trading Jason Pierre-Paul to Tampa Bay. Chubb is arguably the best pass-rusher in the draft and will be an immediate upgrade to the Giants defensive line. Y’all just better hope Eli Manning has SOMETHING left in the tank because Josh Rosen would look damn good in a Giants uniform.

Other Potential Picks:

-Josh Rosen (QB)

-Saquon Barkley (RB)

-Quenton Nelson (G)

3. New York Jets – Baker Mayfield (QB), Oklahoma

The Jets sent three-second rounders to the Colts in order to move up in the draft just three spots. They have someone in their targets and it’s someone who they thought would be achievable all along. With no one really knowing what the Giants and Browns are thinking, I’m guessing the Jets are in love with someone that’s going to “shock” everyone. Reading the tea leaves, that person appears to be Baker Mayfield. Jets fans will love this guy.

Other Potential Picks:

-Josh Rosen (QB)

-Josh Allen (QB)

-Quenton Nelson (G)

4. Cleveland Browns – Saquon Barkley (RB), Penn State

Hue Jackson now has Sam Darnold and Saquon Barkley on his offense along with Jarvis Landry and Josh Gordon. No more excuses guys. Plus, I’m now officially excited to see what the Browns can do on offense next season. When’s the last time that ever happened?

Other Potential Picks:

-Quenton Nelson (G)

-Denzel Ward (CB)

-Roquan Smith (EDGE)

5. Denver Broncos – Josh Allen (QB), Wyoming

It wouldn’t shock me to see a trade here. John Elway has went on record and said that this pick is for sale. It wouldn’t shock me to see a QB-needy team like the Buffalo Bills (who happen to have two first-round picks this year) or the Arizona Cardinals jump up and grab whoever is left. If the Broncos stick with the pick, something tells me they would spend that pick on a guy that I’m not entirely in love with, Josh Allen out of Wyoming. Allen has a big arm, but he has obvious struggles with accuracy which is a pretty important trait to have as an NFL QB. We all know Elway sucks at evaluating QB’s, which is why Allen makes total sense here.

Other Potential Picks:

-Josh Rosen (QB)

-Quenton Nelson (G)

-Mike McGlinchey (OT)

6. Indianapolis Colts – Denzel Ward (CB), Ohio State

The Colts need players on the defensive side of the ball. Corners? They need em. Linebackers? Yes. Defensive line? You bet’cha. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit to see Indianapolis spend a ton of their draft picks on that side of the ball this weekend. Denzel Ward is the best corner in the draft and would give the Colts the shut-down corner they’ve been looking for.

Other Potential Picks:

-Tremaine Edmunds (LB)

-Roquan Smith (EDGE)

-Marcus Davenport (EDGE)

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Derwin James (S), Florida State

Everyone knows who the Buccaneers are taking at this point. As long as no one touches Derwin James before the Bucs come up, they are taking him. It’s the worst-kept secret in the draft.

Other Potential Picks:

-No one

8. Chicago Bears – Quenton Nelson (G), Notre Dame

Yes, picking a guard in the top 10 isn’t going to thrill anyone, but Quenton Nelson is one of the best players in the draft and would likely go #1 if teams weren’t so desperate for QB’s. Nelson is an absolute beast and will be a much-welcomed addition to the Chicago Bears offensive line.

Other Potential Picks:

-Roquan Smith (EDGE)

-Marcus Davenport (EDGE)

-Calvin Ridley (WR)

9. San Francisco 49ers – Roquan Smith (EDGE), Georgia

Now that the 49ers have found their quarterback of the future in JIMMY G, they can start to address other needs in order to fill up their championship trophy case some more. It’s my opinion that their biggest need is an edge rusher and if they can get a good one to pair along with some of the other picks they’ve made along the defensive line the last few years, the 49ers might start to look just as scary on defense as they will on offense once the JIMMY G ERA kicks off in full swing this season.

Other Potential Picks:

-Marcus Davenport (EDGE)

-Tremaine Edmunds (LB)

-Harold Landry (EDGE)

10. Oakland Raiders – Tremaine Edmunds (LB), Virginia Tech

I tell you what man. Whoever the Raiders draft this year is going to be the AR-15 of the NFL man. This guy is going to come in and he’s going to make everyone scared. That’s why I’m picking the Raiders to take Tremaine Edmunds. I love this guy man. He’s got high energy. He’s a locomotive on-the-field and he has a high football IQ. Tremaine Edmunds to the Raiders? That’s just wild man.

Other Potential Picks:

-Mike McGlincey (OT)

-Minkah Fitzpatrick (S)

-Leighton Vander Esch (LB)

11. Miami Dolphins – Vita Vea (DT), Washington

With Josh Rosen still on the board, it wouldn’t surprise me to see the Dolphins take a shot at him. At this point in the draft, he has to be worth it. Otherwise, the Dolphins need a replacement for Ndamukong Suh and at this spot in the draft, they can take the best defensive interior lineman in the draft.

Other Potential Picks:

-Josh Rosen (QB)

-Minkah Fitzpatrick (S)

-Leighton Vander Esch (LB)

12. Buffalo Bills – Josh Rosen (QB), UCLA

Questions surrounding Josh Rosen’s love for the game and other things are likely going to cause him to slip in the draft. If he somehow falls to the Bills, I’m willing to bet that they will jump all over him. Who does Buffalo have right now at QB? AJ McCarron? Gross. Nathan Peterman? Yuck. I’ll take Josh Rosen over both of those guys all-day, every-day.

Other Potential Picks:

-Mike McGlinchey (OT)

-Calvin Ridley (WR)

-D.J. Moore (WR)

13. Washington Redskins – Minkah Fitzpatrick (S), Alabama

Minkah Fitzpatrick is one of my favorite players in the draft. Dude is just a pure stud. Washington could draft him and play him at cornerback to help replace the loss of Kendall Fuller who went over to the Chiefs in the Alex Smith trade. Sometimes I just make things really easy for teams which is why I’m still waiting for my call to be a general manager.

Other Potential Picks:

-Josh Jackson (CB)

– Derrius Guice (RB)

-Taven Bryan (DT)

14. Green Bay Packers – Josh Jackson (CB), Iowa

The Packers drafted Kevin King early in the second-round last year, but let’s not beat around the bush here. He had a horrible rookie year and I don’t know if he’s ever going to improve. There are some people who consider Josh Jackson the top corner in the draft and it’s high time the Packers get their cornerback issue figured out. Is Jackson the man to do that? I don’t know. This is a mock draft morons. I can’t see the future.

Other Potential Picks:

Will Hernandez (G)

-Isaiah Wynn (G)

-Jaire Alexander (CB)

15. Arizona Cardinals – Calvin Ridley (WR), Alabama

Quarterback would be a major plus here, but that’s highly unlikely at #15. Instead, the Cardinals go wide receiver and get the heir apparent to Larry Fitzgerald. BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!

Other Potential Picks:

-D.J. Moore (WR)

-Jaire Alexander (CB)

-Mike McGlinchey (OT)

16. Baltimore Ravens – Marcus Davenport (EDGE), UTSA

The Ravens are going to be interesting to watch during the first-round of the draft. I say that because there are some whispers that they could potentially swing for the fences and draft Lamar Jackson to replace Joe Flacco in the next few years. Will that happen? I don’t know, but this is pretty much where “LAMAR WATCH” begins. I personally don’t think the Ravens will take a QB this early myself, especially with other bigger needs still on the board. Marcus Davenport is one of the best edge rushers in the draft and the Ravens are known for hitting homeruns with their defensive picks. Would you rather have a QB project with high bust potential who’s going to sit on the bench for two years or would you rather have a pass-rusher who’s going to impact the game next season? This one’s easy guys.

Other Potential Picks:

-Lamar Jackson (QB)

-D.J. Moore (WR)

-Harold Landry (EDGE)

17. Los Angeles Chargers – Mike McGlinchey (OT), Notre Dame

The Chargers are another team who could shock the draft world tonight and draft a QB. Once again. I just don’t think that’s going to happen. In this scenario, the Chargers have a chance to grab the best offensive tackle in what is essentially a weak draft at that position. It just so happens that the Chargers also have a pretty big need at offensive tackle so it really works out for everyone. Not that I really want to give the Chargers nice things are anything…..

Other Potential Picks:

-Lamar Jackson (QB)

-Taven Bryan (DT)

-Maurice Hurst (DT)

18. Seattle Seahawks – Will Hernandez (G), UTEP

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. The Seattle Seahawks have a shitty offensive line. That’s known throughout the NFL because the Seahawks have had a shitty offensive line for as long as I can remember. Seattle did improve by adding Duane Brown last season via trade, but they need more hogmollies up there to help protect their best player, Russell Wilson. Drafting Richard Sherman’s replacement is also a possibility.

Other Potential Picks:

-Jaire Alexander (CB)

-Hayden Hurst (TE)

-Kolton Miller (OT)

19. Dallas Cowboys – D.J. Moore (WR), Maryland

Dez Bryant’s replacement……COME ON DOWN!

Other Potential Picks:

-Courtland Sutton (WR)

-Taven Bryan (DT)

-Hayden Hurst (TE)

20. Detroit Lions – Isaiah Wynn (G), Georgia

The Lions are an inconsistent mess on the offensive side of the ball. I personally like Matthew Stafford more than a lot of other people I know that follow the NFL. Stafford is a quality NFL starter and it’s not his fault he plays for one of the worst ran organizations in the NFL. Get this man some help. Get this guy some protection on the offensive line. Not only will Stafford benefit from that, but so will the running game. See how easy this shit is guys?

Other Potential Picks:

-Jaire Alexander (CB)

-Harold Landry (EDGE)

-Kolton Miller (OT)

21. Cincinnati Bengals – James Daniels (C), Iowa

Yes, this is a boring pick. Yes, the Cincinnati Bengals are another team that could be in the market for a quarterback if the right one falls to them. However, Cincinnati has been absolute pure garbage on the offensive line the last few seasons and that’s a much bigger need at the moment. James Daniels is the top center in a lot of draft experts minds and the Bengals could do a hell of a lot worse than adding some much-needed beef up front.

Other Potential Picks:

-Lamar Jackson (QB)

-Kolton Miller (OT)

-Courtland Sutton (WR)

22. Buffalo Bills – Leighton Vander Esch (LB), Boise State

Buffalo addressed their need at quarterback with the #12 pick, so now it’s time to address some needs on the defensive side of the ball. The Bills are in big-time need of a middle linebacker and it just so happens that the draft is loaded with them at this point. Score another point for BILLS MAFIA!

Other Potential Picks:

-Kolton Miller (OT)

-Courtland Sutton (WR)

-Billy Price (C)

23. New England Patriots – Kolton Miller (OT), UCLA

Will they do it? There are rumors that the New England Patriots are in the quarterback market after trading Tom Brady’s replacement to the San Francisco 49ers. Brady is getting up there in age and despite what he says publicly, I don’t think the guys body is going to allow him to play until he’s 45. It’s just not going to happen. You know what else isn’t going to happen? The Patriots AREN’T going to take a QB in the first-round. It’s just not what they do. They tend to grab quarterbacks later on in the draft and hope that those guys pan out. Bill Belichick isn’t going to waste this pick on Lamar Jackson guys. He’s going to take an offensive lineman to help prolong the life of QB #12 for as long as he can.

Other Potential Picks:

-Lamar Jackson (QB)

-Jaire Alexander (CB)

-Isaiah Oliver (CB)

24. Carolina Panthers – Jaire Alexander (CB), LSU

Carolina traded away Daryl Worley a few weeks back and they need to go out and find his replacement. Luckily for them, this is a pretty loaded draft for secondary players. At this spot, the Panthers would have a good amount of corners to choose from to replace Worley, who has already been cut by the Eagles and signed by the Raiders after a run-in with the law. Carolina could also look to take an edge rusher as Julius Peppers is old as dirt and this is a weak draft for pass-rushers so you need to grab them while you can.

Other Potential Picks:

-Harold Landry (EDGE)

-Isaiah Oliver (CB)

-Mike Hughes (CB)

25. Tennessee Titans – Harold Landry (EDGE), Boston College

The Titans won their first playoff game in 14 years this last season and they need to continue to build on that momentum. New head coach Mike Vrabel is getting handed a good team with a nice roster from top-to-bottom. Vrabel knows what this team needs though and that’s some more playmakers on the defensive side of the ball, namely a pass-rusher. This is a weak draft for pass-rushers and after Landry, there is a pretty significant drop off in talent in my opinion.

Other Potential Picks:

-Billy Price (C)

-Taven Bryan (DT)

-Da’Ron Payne (DT)

26. Atlanta Falcons – Taven Bryan (DT), Florida

The Falcons lost Dontari Poe to the Carolina Panthers in free agency and they need to go find his replacement. As luck works out for the Falcons, there are a ton of guys to choose from at this point in the draft. Taven Bryan? Maurice Hurst? Da’Ron Payne? Make your move Falcons.

Other Potential Picks:

-Da’Ron Payne (DT)

-Maurice Hurst (DT)

-Courtland Sutton (WR)

27. New Orleans Saints – Hayden Hurst (TE), South Carolina

New Orleans is another team that is definitely on “LAMAR WATCH”. It wouldn’t shock me one bit to see Sean Payton go out and grab Lamar Jackson and groom him as Drew Brees’ possible replacement within the next two seasons. However, I’m still not buying that because New Orleans is a team that is right there on the brink and they have bigger needs than a back-up QB. At this point in the draft, the Saints have the chance to grab the best tight end in what is essentially a weak draft for that position. If you want Drew Brees to continue to play at an elite level, give him weapons.

Other Potential Picks:

-Lamar Jackson (QB)

-Billy Price (C)

-Dallas Goedert (TE)

28. Pittsburgh Steelers – Lamar Jackson (QB), Louisville

Here we go folks. Unlike the other teams on “LAMAR WATCH”, the Steelers are my pick to go out and grab the guy. Why exactly? Because no one knows what goes on in Ben Roethlisberger’s head. We’ve reached a point in Ben’s career where it seems like he could shock everyone and retire tomorrow. If that were to happen, the Steelers would be screwed as they have nothing but garbage left to sort out the mess. It’s high time the Steelers invested a quality draft pick on a quarterback to succeed Roethlisberger in Pittsburgh. Sorry Steve Cook.

Other Potential Picks:

-Isaiah Oliver (CB)

-Mike Hughes (CB)

-Rashaan Evans (LB)

29. Jacksonville Jaguars – Courtland Sutton (WR), SMU

The Jaguars don’t have a true #1 wide receiver on their roster anymore after losing Allen Robinson to free agency. Go find a replacement for him.

Other Potential Picks:

-Dallas Goedert (TE)

-Christian Kirk (WR)

-Mason Rudolph (QB)

30. Minnesota Vikings – Isaiah Oliver (CB), Colorado

While the Vikings could use some help on the offensive line, they should continue to focus on building their defense into the NFL’s scariest unit. I absolutely loved what the Vikings brought to the table on the defensive side of the ball last year and they have a great chance to add even more to that unit. They need a young CB to replace Terence Newman and now’s the time to go get him.

Other Potential Picks:

-Mike Hughes (CB)

-Connor Williams (G)

-Orlando Brown (OT)

31. New England Patriots – Rashaan Evans (LB), Alabama

It still feels weird to me that the Patriots have two picks in the first-round, but it is what it is. After addressing their need on the offensive line with their first pick, the Patriots target a linebacker to add some much-needed talent to the middle of their defense.

Other Potential Picks:

-Mason Rudolph (QB)

-Mike Hughes (CB)

-Donte Jackson (CB)

32. Philadelphia Eagles – Connor Williams (OL), Texas

Philadelphia has the benefit heading into the draft of having one of the best overall rosters in the NFL. You would know this if you watched them play last year when they WON THE DAMN SUPER BOWL! Either way, they have a fantastic roster but they could still add some more pieces to their offensive line. Carson Wentz’s health is going to be a concern going forward so you might want to give that kid as much protection as possible. Just a suggestion.

Other Potential Picks:

-Christian Kirk (WR)

-Braden Smith (G)

-Orlando Brown (OT)

Enjoy the draft tonight guys. Make sure to pass this on to your friends so they are ready and prepared for the madness that is the NFL DRAFT!!!
