The NBA season is almost here. While the majority of people think the NBA season is already over before it even begins (let’s just go ahead and crown the Golden State Warriors right now, right?). we still have to let the season play out because YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPPEN, RIGHT?
What if the Warriors are involved in some kind of freak accident and everyone gets hurt?
Well, the league just opened up for all 29 other teams to win the whole thing.
Even though I personally believe it would take a plane wreck to take the Warriors down, there are some NBA teams out there that think they have the tools and weapons to do exactly that.
Are the Boston Celtics one of those teams? Perhaps no other NBA team underwent a makeover quite like the Celtics did this off-season. Boston traded for Kyrie Irving and signed big-time free agent Gordon Hayward in order to help get them over the hump. Did this team do enough to take the top spot in the East from the Cavaliers? Are the Celtics positioned to be the “Kings of the Eastern Conference” for the next few years? The East sucks and all reports point to LeBron James eye-balling teams in the Western Conference after this season. If that happens, the East is Boston and Boston’s alone. But hey….we are getting ahead of ourselves, right?
Just how good will this Celtics team be this season?
