The Prediction:

There’s a little bit of hype in Milwaukee surrounding this Bucks team. Even though they were a bit of a disappointment last season, there are a ton of NBA experts who are expecting this team to get it turned around this season. Why? Because there is plenty of young talent to like on this roster. “The Greek Freak”, Jabari Parker, and Khris Middleton have blossomed into a fun little threesome. If they can continue to develop and grow alongside each other, this team should see some improvement this season as long as everyone stays healthy. I’m not a huge fan of Jason Kidd as an NBA coach, but I do think he can connect with these young guys and get them to take that next step in their games this season. If not, he could be in trouble this next off-season.

So, what should we honestly expect from this team this season? Personally, I think they will sneak into the playoffs and will likely be better than a lot of people think. There are rumors that the team is trying to trade Greg Monroe and if they can pull the trigger on a decent trade and get a defensive-minded, rim-protector….this could end up being a magical season in Milwaukee. Like I said earlier, there’s a lot of young talent to like on this team and if they continue to improve, this team should be pretty fun to watch this season. Consistency is one of the most underrated things in sports. The Bucks are in the process of building something nice here, there’s just a few things left to do…..

  1. Trade Greg Monroe.
  2. Bring in a rim-protector
  3. Make the playoffs
  4. Win a playoff series for the first time since 2001.

That shouldn’t be hard to pull off……should it?

Good luck Bucks! I have faith in you.
